I have smoked these cigarettes since they came out pritty much, ok on price ect... I only purchase 1 pack per day most days but I recently had a couple faulty 20 packet's though! Very Few i managed to save but didn't think of complaining, then purchased another packet which where worse! I have taken pictures of these if need to show you, if necessary! most of the top filter bits were all ripped and some were split in half full filter! Therefore these were unable to be smoked so ended up having to bin them and then had to re purchaced a new packet same day, from a different shop just incase it was a faulty batch and maybe not just the packet's
