I have been a customer of la quinta for many years . I have used your services while staying at la quinta inn near Salt Lake City Utah airport. Every couple months would fly in to attend Brashers Auto Auction in Salt Lake. Southwest Air stopped direct flights from Reno to Salt Lake and then Covid happened. While its been 2 -3 years since traveling and finding out that La Quinta has been sold to Wydham Resorts and service personal on the phone telling me none of my points were transferred over and basically out of luck! This is not very professional for a company to just delete its customer records of points. I had almost a 2 nights stay worth of points at the very least 1 night stay! If wydham resorts ever wants to have my business in the future they will at least comp me a 1 night stay or i will never stay at any of your properties in any of my travels. Im looking to travel to Las Vegas on 4/23/21 and check out 4/25/21 please be the company that has always treated me right and do not take advantage of a senior citizen.
