A manager that was rudely disrespectful

I arrived to Krystal's on 9-15-21 at 10:20pm . I usually eat here every night with absolutely no problems. But tonight I was not even able to get my order. When I pulled in there was about 2-3 other cars in the drive thru line. I sat there for about 6 minutes until I watched the manager just walk out and get in a car and leave he had a purple collared shirt on. I initially didn't think much about it, however as I sat in line and the line never moved eventually the cars just drove away. When I got to the speaker i noticed the menu board was turned off but I sat there for a moment and I didn't hear anything so I pulled to the window, because I know the past couple of nights I've come the speaker has been broken. When I got to the window I looked inside and it looked as if all the lights in the lobby were turned off even the billboard sign out front had been turned off and there was just a single person in the building. I understand there's problems going in the world with staffing but this was just completely unacceptable it made me feel as if Krystal's doesn't care about its customers because I watched a manager just shut the store down and leave and not say anything to any of the customers waiting in line and just left another employee alone in the store I really hope you guys fix whatever issues you have going on. I love this location and I love Krystal's but I don't know if I can return after this incident because it made me feel so unwanted. I do believe that the manager said recently his name was dustin he really needs manager skills he gives this company a bad name
