Second miss routed package

The customer service for on line is ABSOLUTELY HORRID!  I placed a order and it was never shipped to the correct facility. I had to wait to get my package, never being told what was going on, only finding out by checking on the package tracking number. Just barely over a week after that I ordered again. Again like the first package this one also was routed to the incorrect facility. I contacted customer service on line 3x, to only be told by a supervisor to contact them back after Aug 10 about my package before they would do a thing, mind you this was from a supervisor. I want my package, I want a complete refund of my money, and I want my package expedited overnight to me. I am so DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with Kohls and how they handle customers. I will NEVER show again from a Kohls. I have never been treated so badly by a supervisor from a dept store in my life. Please advise how this is going to be handle if even handled at all.  Thank you  Dessie [protected]@gmail.com
