Back in January 2021 I paid £5 to speak with a JustAnswer lawyer and followed up with phone call. It was under a trail membership which I cancelled straight afterwards. The money was coming out of an account that is used for a film production and hadn't checked it because we paused production for a while. I then checked today for another reason and saw that JustAnswer has been taking £50 a month from me since January despite cancelling. I went to log into JustAnswer to see what was going on in my account but couldn't log in because the email is no longer recognised as the account was cancelled. But when I tried speaking to someone on the phone they said at their end the account is still active and therefore the payments will continue. There has obviously been a systematic error resulting in this. How can you take payment from me that is unauthorised?
