16 June 2021 The Customer Service Manager Dear Sir/Madam I have been using Just for Men hair colour (medium brown) for over 25 years. I find that the product quality has declined considerably in the last few years. The colour is much lighter and washes away much faster, I have tried keeping the colour on the hair for a longer period of time, but the results are still the same, it is a very light colour and does not even last a couple of weeks. I am very disappointed with the new product Just ForMen Shampoo-in-Haircolour. Is there anything that could be done to improve the quality of the Just For Men Shampoo-in-Haircolour.
