Put on hold for a pick up order and never answered

Hello, I was recently calling at a local Johnny Carino's in El Centro California and the service was a bit underwhelming. I called multiple times and was told multiple times that I was being transferred to the curbside pick up line. Each time I was transferred to the curbside line no one ever answered and I was stuck on hold for at least 10-15 minutes long before trying again. So after over 30 minutes of calling I decided to just go and order at the restaurant to go. When i get there they said that they stopped doing to go orders for a family platter special they have on Mondays at 7. I had been calling well before 6:30. So it was pretty disappointing driving all the way there to not get that special that my family gets every Monday. The workers and managers didn't seem to care much which is why I decided to try here. I love your restaurant but this laziness over phone from this location has been getting worse and worse over the last couple months. Thank you.
