booked with my Nephew death in the family, Confirmation # VCBBLN and AHBBZQ on 7/23/21 flight 1653. my flight was cancel due to damage plane. had no backup plane to take pasengers to there destination. was the hold night waiting with no information. we had to stand on line for hours to tell us there was no other plane. not even water they gave us. I was so sick to my stomach, n frustrated. I want compensation for all this trouble i've been through, n hoping this never happens to no body else.
