Here's my problem regarding to Malaysia J&T Drop Point LDC SG PINANG 606 It's been 4 days, the item still on hold? And 11am should be business hour, but the tracking updates shows out of office's hour? My parcel been on hold in a same drop point for almost 5 days but still no update. And the runner attitude was bad, service center instead of solving my problem, they ask me to contact the runner by myself. They told me they can't do any help and ask me to call this number [protected]. I've made the call on 15th Sep and the person who answer the call told me to sent my tracking number to WhatsApp and I did what he asked, but then for 3 days I didn't receive any reply from him. No reply at all! And never pick up my call! I still didn't get my parcel until now and I hope you'll look into it. Thank you.
