Pro series and quickbooks online accountant

I was billed again automatically for 2020 Pro Series software and set up on deferred billing even though I told Intuit in writing in 2020 I would not be using their tax software in 2020 and to not auto renew my subscription. They ignored this and have been hounding me for over $4000 that they say I owe. I have disputed this and they cut off my access to my prior year Pro Series software that I paid for. Also, they deleted my business profile and log in to my Pro Series and Quickbooks online accountant software. I am not able to access any of my previous tax returns filed, or my client's books in QBO. I called Pro Series customer service and was told I have to speak with finance/collections. Isn't this theft of services? How can they cut me off from products I had already paid for and deny access to my client's files? The QBO is free, and I can't access my client's books to do their tax returns. Not sure what else to do.
