amazon deliveries, that were lost with intelcom delivery more then once

Intelcom express has lost my amazon packages too many times, each time I get in touch with them to complain, they blame amazon for the package being lost, and when I get in touch with amazon to file a complaint about my lost packages, they tell me that the delivery person, or delivery company is to blame and I end up getting no where on the matter. We all know that mistakes do happen sometimes, but this is happening too many times. Amazon is kind enough to re-send my packages out to me again, or they will give me a refund for the lost items, but they continue to use the Intelcom for the delivery of packages and packages continue to get lost, or they are not delivered, status shows package is on the way, but item has no tracking information available and customers ordered items never arrive, they are just noted as being lost and neither intelcom, or amazon knows what happened to the items that were lost, or why they were lost. Yesterday intelcom delivered an empty package to my address, that is right I opened up my amazon package that was delivered by an intelcom employee and there was nothing inside, I reported to amazon, they re-sent the item out again, and told me that it was the delivery persons or delivery companies fault that this happened, I got in touch with intelcom customer service and they told me that it was the vendors fault, again I do not know how this happened, all I know is that Intelcom was responsible for the delivery of the item and that they did not do there job, they delivered an empty package to me, and it looks like they do not even care.
