Washing machine spare part not available

I have IFB washing machine AW 650RB whose pulsator is not working.. I have raised ticket ID [protected] which has been closed stating part is not available.. now my point is Is this our prob that company is selling any model but not making it's spare parts.. it's just 5 yrs old and still parts are not available. This is the worst customer service.
