Horrible experience at this location. Sandy and John did not help at all. I have an issue with a lawnmower less than 3 months old and still the issue is not rectified. I received a used one not in the box with gas already in the lawnmower !!! This is during the lockdown so it is not like i could go in the store!! who sells items this way?? Sandy still hasn't called back to help me out . This is a week ago now!! I'm being told she's probably "busy" seriously this is the kind of customer service experience that we have come to expect from managers at a store at that!! I'm so appalled it is disgusting . I have also contacted headoffice and awaiting their response. I do not recommend this store if you have a product issue they will not help you!!! Keep your money and shop elsewhere.. I do not want to give this even 1 star but I have to in order to submit a review
