I experienced the worst customer service at Hifi ever, I've opened an account with Hifi and been approved, they've contacted me to collect my card but couldn't give it, I had to go back for nothing they were wasting my time to go there, they informed me that this was a IT problem but couldn't fix it, I still receive sms saying I have to collect my card this is a big joke they are really playing with me. I've bought a pot set only used it a few days only to find it out that the pots are all rusted I am very disappointed will never go back to that store.
