Groupon deal for Ballyliffin lodge and Spa

On 13/03/21 I made a purchase from Groupon, not Ballyliffin lodge and spa, confirmed by email which stated it was not redeemable until September 2021. Therefore I could not use it or obtain any services prior to that. Again on the 13/03/21, I receive confirmation of my booking from GROUPON, not Ballyliffin. On 15/03/21 my account was debited £149 by Groupon NOT Ballyliffin. On 20/0321 I receive an email (which I copied to you) from Ballyliffin that they could not confirm the booking YOU had made due to an error in YOUR Booking Tool. Over the past two days and seven emails later you ask ME to contact Ballyliffin for them to confirm That I had not received any services for a voucher that could not be redeemed until September. I attach a screenshot of the latest email I have received from Ballyliffin and ask for a cash refund. This is the text of the eighth email I have sent to Groupon. I have done everything they have asked and they still refuse a cash refund.
