Hello my name is Ali. I'm writing this email because I've been treated very unfairly for many months at the specific location of Goodyear (I will leave below the address) by a particular person named "David" (chino) The discrimination that goes on in this location is preposterous. In this day and age this despicable act should not be tolerated in any establishment. Me and my family have not been able to get service and have been giving excuses to avoid service. We have been lied to countless amounts of times. We have been asked to give tips to get service by this individual. And once we refused to give tips we have been denied service indirectly. I have called numerous times within the last few months to try and buy tires for my mother and wife's car. I have bought tires at this location from this person for my moms car before and everything was fine as long as I paid tips to him which is now gone to far. I also have warranty on the tires I have purchased in the past. They have even taken my tires and never replace them. My wife is convinced that "David" (chino) has claimed the warranty and received the tires and sold it to somebody else. Chino is a very clever talking individual and has taken advantage of me being naïve. I don't know why me and my family should go through something like this but it breaks my heart. My mothers alignment has a three-year warranty which never can get attend it to. We have been given excuses of corona, excuses of being very busy, excuses of there's no tires in stock for us to purchase, we have went to a third-party to get other tires. And Chino has told us to bring the original tires to him and he will get them replaced with new ones. After bringing him the tires we never got any new ones and have been bamboozled. I still cannot believe such a big company can have someone like this taking advantage of people and stealing from them. I encourage you to call me so I can three-way the store so you can see first hand. I can guarantee you he will tell me he will call me back and never will. You can check your phone records of the store. Note this dose not include how many times my mom and wife have called. If you need records of that I can also send you please let me know. He always says he will call me back and never does. This will be phone records of my phone number. If you wish to see phone records of my mother calling and my wife I can also get those upon request. I assure you every time I have called I speak with "Chino" who is (David) and I told him I still want to buy tires and have an alignment done for my mother and wife car his response is always the same "let me call you right back and hangs up on my face as if he is super busy. Not a goodbye just a simple hang up on my face. I encourage you once again please call me so you can see for yourself I do not mind three way calling the store. I would like to also add that me and my family have never raised our voice or disrespected anyone at that store not even as to give an attitude to them. We are always humble respectful and very timid. This is why I thought I write this email to share the injustice we have been through. I would hate to have my friends and family and I to boycott a store because of the specific individual. I firmly believe this individual is stealing from me and taking advantage of me by forcing me to give tips and I am convinced that he's doing it to others. I have calculated today and I realized I have paid him over 500 in tips. Not to mention I had warranty for my alignment and should not have paid anything!
