I have sent numerous e.mails to yourselves regarding the product listed, I ordered the flood light late November, payment was taken out of my account on the 3thd December £9.99.I have not received the flood light to Date. Because of the service that I have received I would like to cancel my order and request a refund of the full amount of £9.99 . Regards Ian Fowler
