I order the above item on 26th June 21, voucher number [protected] - £9.99. The money has been taken from my bank account and as of today's date (02/09/21) i have not received my delivery. Despite me sending 3 messages to them asking what is going on, i have not received a reply. I feel i want my money refunded to my bank account immediately, or a refund cheque sent to me.
