I ordered 4 pillows on the 27th Aug. On 8th Sept I requested to cancel my order via their contact form. This was within the 14days cancellation terms and conditions. I have since completed 2 contact forms and emailed GoGroupie twice but have heard nothing. I am extremely disappointed with their service and their customer service. Will never use them again. Please could you step in to get me my refund of £14.99. Many thanks
