I can't seem to activate the two (2) E- Visa I was sent as a result of my participating in a survey. I followed the instructions but there is no verification that my card is active. I have tried to use the card and have failed. The prompt states I'm registered, but I can't activate. I entered the 20 digit number but was not able to complete the process of selecting a 4 digit Pin even though my E-Card is for online use only. I was expecting to select an item online, put in my account CVV, and expiration date and order my selection but as I stated it APPEARS I can't activate.
