I applied for unemployment benefits back in October 2020. My case was denied in February 2021, I never received a notice. By chance I saw the decision online, I filed an appeal, didn't hear anything a few months later I filed another appeal. Still nothing. I contacted my congressman, a few weeks later an unemployment agent called and said not to file anymore appeals or my case would be delayed. I have also contacted my state representative, they sent over a spreadsheet twice on my behalf. I still haven't heard anything. I continued to certify. May 1, 2021, I tried to certify, it said that I was not authorized to do so. I don't know what happened with my appeal, but I was not afforded my rights to a fair appeal process. I have documents that I wanted to submit. I NEED HELP!!! Please I don't know what else to do.
