I'm not the kind of person to complain because with my company nothing never changes my name is Natasha and I am and e-Commerce Supervisor for Frys in Phoenix Arizona I have transferred out here in 2016 from Kroger's in Indiana I've always thought highly about our company until the pandemic strikes us we are treated unfairly, understaffed, I was trying to become and Assistant store manager but my district manager is holding me back from my goals with the company the pickup department is horrible our hours consistently get cut no one wants to work for the company which makes us understaffed continuously I'm at my wits end we are all stressed out mentally with this company all I want is my promotion that was promised to me but never happened I'm trying my best to hold everything together but I'm at that point that's this company don't care about there employees and rather us quit than to help us succeed I have more to tell about discrimination and treated unfairly but that's another complaint for another day we need help bad I need my promotion in order to take care of my family I work hard everyday haven't stopped in 7 years from state to state but this will be my last draw from this company
