I run a small fleet of Freightliner day cabs. The nearest dealer is 150 miles away. The dealership is in San Antonio. I choose to order from a dealership 235 mikes away because you can never get any help from Doggett. I've complained to management and never saw a change. I now order from dealer in Austin. Today I ordered drivetrain parts that I can also purchase from Cummins. I was shocked to get a 2400.00 dollar invoice when I could have gotten it for less than half from Cummins. I found same parts aftermarket and it was 20% of the dealership in Austin. I understand you need to make money on your sales but 5 X aftermarket and 2 X from dealer (Cummins). Let be real.
