I had travelled to Kolkata from Dubai, flight no. FZ4015 on 11/03/2021. On arrival we were told that out of 4 luggage, 2 had not arrived and that it will be delivered the next day. We were travelling for a wedding and all our clothes were in those suitcases that were not delivered. We called FlyDubai who directed us to call Dnata call cemtre. Dnata people t9ld us that they do not have information for outward flights and we need to check with FlyDubai. It has been a really frustrating experience. Worst experience so far with any airlines.
