Return portion of my flight was CANCELLED by AIR CANADA due to COVID19.

1. March 27, 2020 my return flight to Canada from ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA was cancelled by AIR CANADA due to COVID19. 2. I had to purchase a new ticket to return to Canada, at an additional cost, due to Ottawa airport being closed. 3. I submitted a CLAIM on April 22, 2021 to CANCEL the original return flight, and request a REFUND 4. I received a Thank You response, but have NOT received a "Refund Request Confirmation" email confirming that I want to proceed with the refund request. 5. Reservation #[protected] 6.
