Good day Please assist me with finrite administrators I am in a traumatic state, I have a cellphone insurance policy with them, my cellphone was stolen on the 01/08/2020 and I lodged a claim with them on 04/08/2020, 48 hrs has passed I called them inquiring about my claim, it is still today that my claim has not been process. I have been paying my premium every month with no fail but now its time to get the services that I am paying for and that is a struggle I am in desperate need of getting another phone as I can not afford to buy another phone. Finrite is disappointing and unprofessional and taking people for a ride. As it is losing a phone is not a nice thing and still I have to be the one who calls and follow up on them about the status of my call its disgusting really.
