On 7/29/21 I was supposed to receive a package that was enroute from the Williston, VT facility, but it didn't come. Finally, on 7/30/21 it arrived badly damaged and opened. The FedEx driver told my husband as he was handed it to him, "It got crushed by other packages on top of it." Upon inspection, none of the items I ordered were missing, but this isn't the first time we've had problems with Fedex.
