Tracking number [protected] My package has been in Ellenwood Georgia since 08/29/21 with a delivery date of 08/30/21. I have called everyday since then and am told it is leaving that day and will be delivered to Panama City Florida that day. Today even though the online shipping information says it is on the truck and will be delivered today - I was told by a supervisor that it is STILL in Ellenwood Georgia and they are closed until Tuesday! I have yet to receive a follow up call from any of my calls as promised and they are daily updating their online tracking status with FALSE INFORMATION. I simply want them to do their job and deliver my package.
