Not able to access the FIFA mobile through facebook

Dear sir/ma'am, I am playing FIFA mobile since 2017 and have a login through Facebook. But since today morning, I am not able to open a game through Facebook. After login through the Facebook app, it stuck in one place and did not return to FIFA mobile game. I have tried so many ways to open it but any option did not work. I have attached the video of the problem. Can you help me with this? Thanks and Regards, Vishal
