I made a hotel reservation through Expedia. When I went to check in to the hotel they told me they had my reservation, however the hotel was full and they turned me away. I requested the hotel refund my money and they never did. I contacted Expedia and requested they refund my money, and they never did either. After going around and around with Expedia, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and got a resolution. No, thanks to Expedia!!! I will NEVER use Expedia AGAIN!!!
