Unable to delete account against the EU regulations

Once you give the game your information the refuse to delete your account. They suffered a security breach in 2016 and do not follow the 2014 EU "right to be forgotten" laws. (Article 17 of the GDPR.) Do not trust them with your data. They refuse to create an in app/website means to delete your account in accordance with the law. This is April 2021 and they aren't following laws passed in 2014.
