Misold weighing scales

Hi I have recently purchased weighing scales from yourself. When I had the call about the purchase of the system I have informed that I needed a weighing scales with a barcode printer when I received the weighing scales the scales did not have a barcode printer. I was extremely disappointed. I rang back to the call centre about the weighing scales and I spoke to the Lady which assured me that it was t a problem that they would organise for someone to collect the weighing scales and provide me with a refund I received an email from her about this and a phone call. To my surprise now I have been told that the weighing scales have not been missold and i will not be getting a refund for them I am very disappointed in all of this it is absolutely unaccaptable to be going back on promises. this whole experience has caused me tremendous stress which I don't need as I have already so much on my mind which opening of the shop. I feel really disgusted with the way I have been treated by this company it sure as hell does not feel like you value your customers. I would like for someone to look into this once and for all and for my refund for the weighing scales.
