Since purchase 15/7/2021, this epos system is not suitable for hairdressing and beauty services. I have emailed and called epos office numerous times and lodged a complaint. I was informed that I would receive a call within 48 hours. Still waiting for the phone call in regards EPOS outcome. I am giving EPOS 5 days to response in regards refunding me the whole amount and collect the system. As no one is helpful after getting paid. Really disappointed with the whole service received.
