may 2021 The 3rd party of EDD reput me on hold and misinformed me of the wait time. the wait time kept reseting while my phone ran out of battery making the process continue for several days (while needing urgent UI) i was told i would be emailed immediately with everything to continue which was a lie and i was forced to use a workaround to access my claim once i did the claim filed was of an old claim and expired. they asked me to do the whole process again. I wish I could but am given this in error every time. An error has occurred, please try again later. If you receive this error again, contact the EDD and provide this error code: E0001 this is fraud they stole my data and they handled my case in incompetence.
