Had flight booked from Perth Western Australia to Hobart Tasmania Australia for 6th July Reference No [protected] we had to cancel this booking due to Hobart Not allowing People from Western Australia in at the time as the Perth Peel region were in lock down. I have contacted eDreams on 3 different occasions regarding the refund for these airfares and have heard nothing from them. There were 5 airfares booked for this flight which consists $2097.11 Aus We did not want to cancel these flights as we were travelling for our daughters wedding but when you can get a pass to enter the state you are going to we had no choice. When ever I phone it is made out like I have never contacted them before.
