Airline ticket refund.

Hi, Booking Reference Number: [protected] I booked a flight through eDreams on 8/25/21. I canceled my flight within 2 hours and I got an email from Frontier airlines the same day stating that my flight ticket has been canceled that my refund was completed, but the money went back to eDreams. I tried to contact eDreams, but I have been completely unable to get a hold of them so now they got my money back- and haven't proceeded to give me my refund. They only allow me to speak with a robot. When I go to my booking, they don't even have the updated flight times shown that Frontier changed. They have no phone number and no email. I tried contacting them on Facebook but No response. I'm feeling VERY DISAPPOINTED with your customer service. I hope someone will help me get my REFUND BACK. Attached are my booking and cancellations documents.
