Flights booked and paid for in 2019. Flights cancelled due to covid in 2020. Refunds requested and still waiting after 18 months. 7 calls and numerous emails but still no refund. Each time I am lied to, told different lies, advised this is escalated, given a date for resolution which never happens. All I want back is the money I paid for the flights. Regards Chris
