ebay item # [protected] not honoring warranty

I bought a rebuilt car transmission off of Ebay on Feb 25, 2021 with a 1 Year warranty unlimited miles with no written exceptions to this warranty posted on the sellers a Ebay ad. It cost $1900 from a pro rebuilder. 2 days before I bought this tranny I ask the seller for more info about this warranty. They stated it came with a "premature failure" warranty with no stated time limit. So when you 1ST install it, and it fails, they will pay for return shipping to there shop for repairs. I have this in writing. Ebay knows this. I put it in the car and it failed in 4.7 miles. LEAKS TRANNY OIL. So I contacted the seller. The seller gave me some lies. Then about a week later. Said they would fix it BUT I will have to pay return shipping. About $300. Since I took about 120 days to install the tranny premature failure warranty does not count for me. It ran out in 90 days. I told the seller that they cannot add exceptions to there warranty after they sold me the tranny. Ebay has NO customer service now after 90 days. No help for nothing. So after 90 days the seller can commit fraud and Ebay will still keep there fees off of you. I am contesting it on my credit card. Ebay has made it that you cannot leave feed back for there deceptive seller after 90 days too. So you cannot warn others. But Ebay keeps all the fees off of fraud. Ebay controls all the seller's address and phone number info to control there market place so I do not have that info. But now Ebay does not help you at all, they just ignore you. I believe that Ebay's new policies are aiding and abetting fraud. And none of there new automated help systems real works for anyone but Ebay. I have 100% documentation and so does Ebay. I want Ebay to force the seller to honor the warranty they sold me to sell the tranny or a 100% refund. THANX R Scott Tingley [protected]@nep.net
