Bank OTP not Received

Dear Sir, I am a Du Customer ( SIm No-+[protected]) and I have my Rak bank Account Linked with this Mobile No. I am facing the critical issue that, when i am doing digital banking transactions, I am not receiving OTP from the RAK bank . I contacted the Bank Responsible person and they checked in the system and confirmed that OTP delivered to mobile no. I Contacted DU Customer Care 3 times to resolve this issue but I am very disappointed that every time they told me the issue was rectified but still i am not receiving the OTP Message. I am Kindly requesting to you to help me to resolve the issue because i am facing big trouble due to this issue Sim No- +[protected]
