Reimbursement should be 100%

I called around June 5th, I was told when I called, that since I had no where else to go, that I would be reimbursed the full 100%, $165.00. I was only sent $19.00. I would not have went, if it wasn't going to covered, that's why I called to begin with. This was a consultation with North Fulton Endodontics, Member # [protected] Sandra Markley 678.350.8943
