Poor customer service from DELTA Airlines.

2 hour delay from Spokane airport to Atlanta airport causing missed connecting flight to Savannah for a week long vacation at Hilton Head with grandkids. No other flights from Atlanta to Savannah next two says due to heavy spring break traffic. I found a connecting flight to Charleston the next day but Delta refused to book it even though 2 seats were available. They told me Ihad to book into Savannah and there were no other options available. Since the delay was their fault, and there was space available on another flight, prudent customer service would allow my husband and me to take the alternate flight. Took over 3 hours to connect with a customer service agent. No chat line and no Twitter available through Delta. Extremely poor customer service. Asked for supervisor and was told they didn't allow access to supervisors by customers. Then they only offered e-credits for a future flight. Why would I ever want to book with them again? I want my money back. My entire vacation ruined because they refused to do the right thing and let me fly into Charleston instead of Savannah. (1 hour from Hilton Head). This has resulted in one angry customer, while their Atlanta to Charleston plane flies off with two available seats that could have been utilized resulting in two satisfied customers. Dumb and dumber!
