Are you kidding??? I made a reservation through Expedia. You have changed my flight three times since I made the reservation over month ago. I decided to call Delta to change the reservation. Now, you phone message system states it will be nine hours before I can speak to someone. Did your customer service manager ever think of call backs? Unbelievable! In addition to this, the Delta site is out of commission. Horrible! I went to Expedia to change my flight since now your changes are costing me over at least $200.00 I thought I would change the city I am flying from. Now, I can't speak to anyone either at Expedia or Delta. What a mess! If you charge me a change fee after all the changes you have made, I will file a forma complaint with the attorney generals office. I want a phone call at [protected]
