Hi I want to make a complaint about a agent Shane Hickey of Waterford daft office, Catherine Street. He falsely led customers who wanted to rent the Aylesbury Manor apartments for the summer. He told lies about renting/viewing the apartments for the week of 31st May-June. All of a sudden the apartments were unavailable and let agreed was shown on advertisment. No communication was given. Utter disgrace as a company and treatment of people who genuinely were interested.
