My Privacy Suite subscription was automatically renewed on July 3, 2021. However, no instructions on how to update my software with the renewal was provided. Since then I have left messages on their customer support line and submitted several support tickets requesting help. It's now almost two weeks later and still no response whatsoever from Cyber Scrub. I reached out to their billing company who charged my credit card Mycommerce.com, but they just referred me back to Cyber Scrub. In my experience and opinion, Cyber Scrub has never had adequate customer support for their products, but now it seems to be completely non-existent.
