Here is a copy of what I posted on my local Nextdoor site. 10's of thousands of people receive my posts on this popular social media site. Yesterday I went to Culvers and purchased a "Lemon Ice" cooler for $4.50. The server dug deeply into tub about a dozen times. I thought that I was going to get the hard frozen bits at the bottom which has happened before. When I put the spoon in and tried to scoop some of the "ice" it was gooey. I tried another spot and it all had the stretchy consistency of melted mozzarella cheese and was sticky ! I told the employee at hand who may have been the manager. He told me that "Culvers" had formulated a "new mix". Unbelievable. It was completely inedible and definitely NOT an ICE. I can't imagine why would they screw up this great product.
