I joined crunch on 4/5/21. i was pretty impressed with all the features they had to offer and the price so I signed up. I was quite disappointed that they did not show me how to work any of the machines though. The next day I went to work out and I forgot my watch so I decided to use their wifi. i could not connect to it so I went up to the desk and asked the gentleman to help me connect my wifi and to show me how all the machines work. he pressed the Bluetooth button and said he didn't know why it wasn't working and would tell his manager. needless to say, I still could not connect to the wifi so I was musicless the entire time. while working out I was looking around and noticed that most people and some employees were not wearing masks. I am in the healthcare field working closely with the department of health and I am very upset that this facility is not following CDC guidelines. I would hate for this gym to close due to the lack of enforcement of these rules. if these issues are not resolved I will be canceling my membership at the least.
