Purchased this phone from the Roxboro, NC cricket store. My old flip phone gave up. Needless to say this phone has been nothing but problems since now I find out day one. I have been back to the store 3 times about the issue of the "do not disturb" app that is on the phone. I was told it couldn't be removed I would just have to live with it. Once you deactivate the do not disturb the phone will ring for an average of 4-5 days. Then it goes back to do not disturb. You can't answer the phone when it rings, it says to swipe. I have swiped it 10 times and then the phone looses the call. So I have to call the caller back. I can't tell you how many people I have had to call back. Some I never make contact with. It goes on the internet all by itself in my pocket. Don't quite understand how it does that, I can't answer the phone when it rings but the phone can go on the internet by itself. The other day it answered a email automatically and sent the response to the sender. When I found this I had to go and correct the response. Now I get a message that I have used more app time than normal. It says that I'm on google play store. Never been on it. Now with a response from a cricket survey they asked me to respond to, I get a call from cricket, asking me why I gave cricket such low scores. When I explained the problems with the phone and I'm past the 7 day window, he wants to try and help with a master reset which removes all your data and contacts from your phone sending it to your gmail account. So we did that only to find out the sales associate that set the gmail account up, and gave me the information wrote the incorrect password down. So now don't have access to my data. Tried google recovery, all I can get is google can't verify your account therefore no access. I also found out that when you call customer service you are directed to a cell phone support hub. They work for every carrier. So you are still SOL.
