Crestline center hinge patio door

Installed in 2014 to replace water damaged (part of claim due to winter ice and snow) patio door. Menards special order through our Restoration Company. Purchased to match other Crestline patio door in room. Interior wood trimmed. Exterior aluminum. Winter 2020/2021 - Both windows in the door have fog leaks! It looks terrible. On the interior of the door: WS IGCC(R)/IGMA(R) P140527000251015 14804 1-4 Hope to hear something from Crestline! Menards said the best warrantee Crestline has on anything is 5 years!
