Aircon service done terribly
4
1 year plus ago, I bought my aircon unit from Courts. When the installer came to my house for installation, they mentioned that they have to reuse the pipe as they can't build new one due to my cabinet blocking and they can't drill any new hole due to restriction. I trusted them and signed off to reuse my existing pipe. 1 month ago, my aircon started blowing hot air and I decided to get your technician down to check. They told me that the issue is with gas leakage and it could be due to the compressor or the pipe leakage. They checked and ask why was the pipe not replaced when it could have been done after their assessment, but I told them I have no idea but I trusted the installer opinion and signed off to not build new one. (Now I get to know that your installer was going the easy way out by proposing to reuse my pipe. Scammed by your installer ) Now coming back to my aircon issue, the technician suggested coming back with the right equipment to check if it's a gas leakage on the pipe or the compressor the next time round. I agreed to that and told them to arrange for one. 2 weeks later they sent another technician ( after I repeatedly called your hotline for someone to come and inspect my aircon), the technician confirmed that it was a pipe leakage and told me that it is not part of the extended warranty coverage since I reused my pipe. He even recommended us to get an external vendor to do it instead as Courts charges at a premium for such services. Now I have paid $1400 to get my gas pipe fixed and guess what? The issue persist. I have wasted $1400 for an unnecessary procedure with my issue not resolved. I am very disgusted by the service provided by your team. I chose to buy my aircon from your company, paying a premium for a better service but this is what I get in return. I want my compressor to be replaced given that I still have my extended warranty at the quickest possible. Your team have wasted both my time and my money unnecessarily and I don't think you should continue doing that.
