Couriers dumping parcels on the street with no card or intercom.

I am writing this on behalf of myself & many other tenants who packages never received them. There is a huge problem with parcels being dumped on the ground with no attempt to contact the person waiting for the parcel. The address of concern is 1 Elger Street Glebe. This is a 7 level inner city apartment building & many people have never received their package because it has been dumped on the footpath outside our front door. This is a very busy apartment building with over 100 people living here so peopl are coming & going so any package left outside will be stolen in under a few minutes. The building has a intercom system, letter boxes outside so the driver should 1) Call the person on their intercom to see if they are home 2) If not home place a card in their letter box advising them to pick it up at the nearest phone box or 3) Call their mobile or home number. NB-There are 2 lifts in the building On both packages that i never received none of these were done. Infact on my second package i got a email notification that my parcel had been delivered & left in a safe place. Needless to say by the time i got downstairs (In about 3 minutes) the parcel was gone. NB-There is no safe place to leave it. The building is completely secured by 2 glass doors & you need a special security key to gain access. Only residents can go in or out. Australia Post Posties are really good, they know that like myself, there are a lot of disabled people who are limited to their ability to move & around walk. I have terrible legs. Australia Posties always ring the intercom & if needed are happy to come up & deliver to your door. Could you please do something so that parcels are no longer lost & not received at this address.
